Urbanization is rapidly reshaping mammal habitats. The Integrative Ecology Lab at Temple University uses motion-activated cameras to monitor how mammals behave in different city environments. The current study focuses on a Philadelphia cemetery that includes both traditional burial areas and green burial zones. Participants help analyze thousands of trail camera images to explore how landscape features, vegetation, and human activity influence mammal presence and behavior.
This project supports ongoing research into how mammals adapt to urban spaces.
