Name: Youth Mensa of the DMV: Nature Monitoring Training

The Youth Mensa of the DMV will be visiting a nature center to learn about wildlife biodiversity and native pollinators. In the Nature Center, they will see some of the less common wildlife that will be less likely to make an appearance on the park grounds. Families will use iNaturalist and Seek to identify wildlife and will report on behavior in the comments section. Weather permitting, we will also be participating in The Great Sunflower project to report on pollinator health in this area.
